Soul Images wishes to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase at our web shop.

Delivery

All orders will be shipped from Sweden.  

When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address details are correct. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation.
Your order will be ready for dispatch 2 - 3 business days after completed the order. For exclusive edition 7-8 business days.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email stating the  tracking number in order for you to check the status of your order. All Soul Image orders are delivered by Postnord

We provide free shipping worldwide for orders over € 44 / 445 sek / $51

Returns and refunds

If you for any reason would like to returned a purchased item, please send an email to [email protected] stating your name, address, email address, order number and which item you would like to return.
You can return any items purchased at the Soul Image web shop within 14 days of delivery.

The item should be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Your money will be refunded when your return has been received.
The shipping cost for returns are at your expense.

All prices are shown in euro, dollar and sv kr. Switch currency in the upper left corner.  

25% VAT included for Sweden and EU countries.

 VAT is not included in non EU countries.

Please note that if you are ordering outside of the EU your local customs office may charge additional tax and duties.

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company’s current (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product information

We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

Soul Image is responsible for the processing of personal data you have provided us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order. We process your personal data in order to provide you with the newsletter(s) and offers for which you have signed up.

What data are we storing?
To manage your order and answer questions related to your order and other customer service related questions, we store your first name and last name, address, phone number, email address, ip address and purchase history.

Your personal data will only be stored as long as we have a legal basis to process

your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to fulfill a legal obligation and comply with the laws applicable to our business, for example, the Accounting Act.

In the context of a purchase, your personal information is processed to complete the contract with you.
Marketing, campaigns newletters and similar mailing are carried out with your consent.

What information is shared and for what purpose?
Payment service provider.
When purchasing, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. 

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The payment service providers (payment services) we use are: Stripe and Pay Pal.

Carrier

To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. Firstname, surname and delivery address are all shared with the carrier. E-mail and/or mobile phonenumbers may also be shared with the carrier for notification.

The freight company with which we cooperate is: Postnord

Newsletter

If you have signed up to recieve our newsletter, first name, last name and email address will be stored in order  for us to send you the newsletters. The personal data is shared with our newsletter provider. We are using Ascend by Wix to send newsletters. If you do not want us to process your personal data and unsubscibe to the newsletter, you always have the right to do so. This is done either by unregistering in each specific email or by sending us an email [email protected]

Your data protection rights.

We are responsible for your personal data in the webstore is being processed in accordance with applicable legislation. 

Upon your request, or at our own initiative, we will correct, de-identify, delete or complete any information that has been found to be wrongful, incomplete or misleading.

There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as whether it should be retained for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation (forexample, under the Accounting Act).

You have the right to demand access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to demand transcripts regarding the processing that we have maintained over your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that are being processed. 

You have the right of correction of your personal data. We will, upon your request and as quickly as possible correct the incorrect or incomplete personal data we process in regards to you.

Children´s Personal Data

Soul Images does not knowingly gather any personal data from children under the age of 18 years and does not aim its website at children under the age of 18 years

Disputes and legal choice

In the event that a dispute can not be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and customer, you can, as a customer, contact the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For accommodation in a EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be made online via the EU Commission’s Dispute Settlement Platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In case of dispute, we will follow a decision from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the site. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.
