To give yourself some sweet time for reflections and contemplations can make wonders for

 you inner being. It is like a meditation in the midst of your day. 

Being thankful for everything you have around you - People, objects and events.

Is it possible that even things and objects have feelings and a soul? 

Do they carry memories as well?
